1 Definitions & Interpretation

The key terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bonuses and promotional offers on bck44 are provided subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you have agreed to the associated terms.

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000. Another example: Deposit ৳12,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 → total balance ৳22,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager the bonus amount 10 times (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• bck44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses are intended for entertainment betting only — any form of arbitrage or bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

bck44 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform are operated by reputable game providers.

• Game outcomes are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely impartial.
• Using software, bots, or any other automated method to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error or server issue, bck44 will provide appropriate compensation or void the bet.
• For sports betting, once a bet is accepted, its terms remain unchanged even if the offer changes afterwards.
• bck44 reserves the right to void or investigate any bet if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bck44 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account using another person's information or identity.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or breaching the platform's security.

• Bonus abuse or misuse of promotional offers.
• Using gaming services on behalf of minors or providing them access.

8 VIP Program & Reward Tiers

The bck44 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Promotion or demotion between VIP tiers is determined at bck44's discretion and depends on the player's regular and active participation. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback bonuses.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
